Nasty plot is an option since it raises spatt 2 stages, making it a good sp sweeper but if you run nasty plot maybe use focus sash.

Anyways Speaking of the Nasty Plot set.

Azelf@Focus Sash / Life Orb /Expert Belt
Timid / Naive Nature
36 HP Or Att (With Explosion)/ 220 Speed / 252 SpAtk
- Nasty plot
- Flamethrower
- Psychic
- Hidden power Fighting / Explosion (With naive) / Grass Knot. / U- turn (With naive)

It needs a + speed nature or you get lol'd at by Gengar, max speed EVS is redundant as you get speed ties if you max it out, which is pointless when you can increase its survivability with some hp evs and make Explosion sting harder if you wish to put those 32 evs in att and if your going with U-Turn.

Its too frail to benefit from the Charge Beam sp.att boost. Nasty Plot, sweep before you get killed.

Flamethrower >> Fire Blast as you have nasty plot and cant affort to miss due to his "If i get hit with Splash i die" -ness . Basically for common steel tanks that resist psychic.

Psychic for STAB. Which can 3hko Blissey after a single Nasty Plot and Life Orb.

In that last slot

Hidden power fighting can threaten to 2hko Blissey after a Nasty Plot and Life Orb and ohko on Tyranitar who has a field day on you otherwise.

Explosion OHKO's Standard 714 HP / 130 DEF Blissey if you give it 32 att evs with Life Orb.

Grass Knot can also deal with Tyranitar (But it wont ohko unless you have atleast one Nasty Plot and Life Orb due to sandstream 50% sp.def boost to T-Tar) and bulky ground / Water types like Claydol and Starmie respectively

U-Turn basically helps deal and wear down counters.


Thunderbolt is generally a good move, but doesn't offer better type coverage than his other attacks. Thunderbolt lets you hit Gyarados and Togekiss and Starmie harder however and you may want to put it in that last slot.

Okay, stop claiming this is an "analysis" when it isn't. Seriously, those have WAY more info than a moveset and a paragraph. And they actually include EV spreads ;/

Anyways, wide lens on your set is a total waste of an item. If you want extra power, go life orb. And also, what purpose does thunder wave serve? Nothing really :/

Charge Beam is also meh. Azelf is fragile; trying to boost special attack in that sense isn't going to work. That's why we have nasty plot.

And explosion needs life orb to work or a lot of EVs.

I don't see the synergy of that moveset. Thunder Wave the team, then hope they get fully paralyzed til you get +6 Special Attack and kill their team with Fire Blast?

If that's it then it certainly won't work. You know everybody, analysis threads are actually supposed to be accurate ;/ and explosion and U-Turn just don't fit in...
