Idea: Automatic Customised Posts.

    I was thinking, yea my head hurts, that members that are PC Supporters and the staff could have automatic customised posts.
    What I mean is that somewhere in the userCP you put the settings in for like font styles character spacing font typeface and colour.
    Example:

    I just type this in quick reply or Go Advance.

    And it appears like:

    I just type this in quick reply or Go Advance.

    Although colour choices won't be too bright… and maybe you could choose a typeface from your own fonts folder.
     
    that does sound like a good idea but with the colour of the fonts will vary, say for example if I just wanted to use pink for all my posts, it won't look so great on pink themes
     
    You know what, if we could restrict something like that to usergroups, I wouldn't be against it. <_<; It'd be a lot easier to police obscene text (ie: huge, terribly coloured fonts) if it were just staff and supporters. Coloured text clashing with themes could be a problem, but some people insist on changing their font colour anyway and with the variety of themes we have, it'll look bad on something no matter what. :\

    I just don't know if it could be restricted, assuming there's a plugin/mod for it.
     
    I think that would be a great idea. I was actually thinking about using a different color for the rest of the posts I make on PC. To stand out a little bit more. I'm an oddball... But I decided against it because I really didn't want to manually change the color of my posts every time I made one.

    As for the different themes/skins, I wouldn't worry about it too much. As Lightning already said people do it anyways... plus it's not that difficult to highlight someone's post if you wish to read it. I have to do that with people who insist upon making their font as small as possible.:knockedou
