Fake pokemon suggested here are either for fake games, or as ideas for generation V. I just kept "inventing" a Grass/Ice-type all over advance, and today I enjoy Abomasnow :> ...

205 Base HP and you care about speed? Abuse Calm Mind+Recover.
And, I know, but, it makes sense a gigantic storm cloud should have gigantic HP.

AND 85 base speed?
I mean, I'm just saying...I'm not going to brush off your effort as "OMFG TOO BROKEN, ME FIX NOW", but at the same time, it's got few counters and good ways to wreck the few counters it has. The only thing that prevents it from stomping over 80% of OU is the 25% HP it loses switching into Stealth Rock.

It's just a suggestion. Ignoring the stats, it's great; Ice/Electric's a great type combination, we've yet to see a Cloud Pokémon, and its moveset offers great coverage.

Well, I lowered it's stats to 95 SpD and 150 HP. It's simply an OU Drifblim now.

Again, all credit to Duskfall for that. About it's trait: while Volt Absorb may seem strange on a non-Eletrical pokemon, I gave it this trait as it's supposed to be light-blocked, and there is no "Light" type, but there are two types that represent light-Psychic and Electric. It's already Psychic immune, and Volt Absorb takes care of Electric.

Wow. That's a really good one.

I thought about that too. Beeing to first pokemon with a X4 weakness to Steel hurts a bit, but Levitate is a great trait regardless.

Well, with Fighting being so popular, really, a Bronzong Gyro Ball would be all it would have to worry about.

And even so, with an absolute max of 240 Speed, it would take a Polish LO sweeper set for Gyro Ball to really do decent damage.

It falters much more to CCario or, especially to Mixape. Mixape and Lucario wall the hell outta this thing, and Herarcoss deals with it competently.

It's not the fastest Subpuncher out there, but most people lead their utilities, so it's a simple setup mix that works as a Subpuncher as well as an annoyance. You can choose the route of utility/wall with Toxic and Stealth Rock, or, should you fear Taunt, you can replace Toxic and/or Stealth Rock with an attack of your choice to deal with what you consider your biggest problem, be it Gyarados, Scarfers, or Dragons.
