Helpful websites.

I couldn't find one for grammar, odd.

OWL at Purdue

i.e., The best one you'll probably find, the one my English professors support, and (if it doesn't sound too egotistical to do advertisement a la product endorsement) the one I cite most often in reviews.

I found a nice page for grammar... It has a great conjugation checker. That's one useful feature, expecially for those whose native language is something else than English. I don't know if this is as good as the one Jax posted, but it was useful for me and I will post it here just for that feature.

English Verb Conjugation and Inflectional Morphology
Don't be afraid because of the name, it's really easy to use.

For grammar, either click the link on the page or go here:
English Grammar

It has some other stuff, too, but I didn't dare to look into those. The grammar features are apparently in other languages, too. Go and explore, but on your own responsibility.
