well i dont know their IVs but im pretty sure chars EVs are 252spatk 252spd 6hp and heras are 252atk 252spd 6hp chars moves are flamethrower/airslash/dragonpulse/sunnyday heras are brickbreak/EQ/stoneedge/megahorn
