Make Evos for Non-evo'd Pokes.

Basically, in this thread we make Evolutions for Pokemon that don't have an Evolution. Or a pre-evo for it.
E.G: An evolution for Mawile or a pre-evolution for Dunsparce.
Please specify, minimally, these things:

Name Of Pokemon: Name of Pokemon, E.G: Mawy.
Evolves From/to: What it evolves from or to, E.G: Evolves to Mawile.
Type: Pokemon Type. E.G.: Steel
How to evolve: How to evolve pre evo into its evolution or how corresponding Pokemon evolves into evolution. E.G: Evolves at LV20.

Ok, let's start.

Mine:

Name: Speakan
Evolves From: Chatot
Type: Normal, Flying.
How to Evolve: Chatot reach LV32

Now i will add optional information, more detail is preffered.

Speakan: The Speak-like Pokemon.
Speakan is better at understanding human language than Chatot, it acctually slightly knows what it's saying. It can memorize multiple words ifit is taught well by its trainer. It can speak out full sentences like "Hello, my name is Speakan"

Pokemon SweetDreams Version:
Speakan: The Speak-like Pokemon
Speakan loves to sing, but unlike its previous evolution, it understands human speech more clearly, therefore it can sing complicated lullabies. Additionally, it acctually knows what it's saying half the time. If taught well by its trainer, it can fill out a full sentence such as "Hi, i'm Speakan, what's your name?"

Name: Twileye
Evolves from: Sableye
Type: Ghost/Dark
Method of Evo: Dusk stone.

Would specialise in attack and speed, with both becoming base 110; a glass cannon, if you will. Its SpA would also be quite high, maybe 85. Practically no defense, but with that speed most of the time it won't need it.

If they made an evo of Tauros, they should name it Istanbull. XD
But seriously, Luvdisc should get an evolution. Why did they make Alomomola if it's a clone of an existing pokemon, but not connect them via evolution?

How to Evolve: Battle 40 Pokemon

Dex Entry:
A powerful Pokemon that was driven to extinction. However, if a Farfetch'd's fighting spirit can be enthralled, it will evolve into this Pokemon. Is rather protective of Farfetch'd.

Evolves to: Tauros or Miltank
Method of evolution: Reach LVL30, Male=Tauros, Female=Miltank.

Calfet, the Calf Pokemon
Calfet live with their Miltank mothers until they evolve, if the evolve into Tauros, they will go to join their father's herd of Tauros, if female, they will stay with their mother's herd of Miltank. However, Calfet are very affectionate towards their siblings, so in some rare occasions, a Miltank has been known to join its brother in a herd of Tauros, and vice versa. However, this is dangorous for the said Miltank/Tauros as it will be a target for breeding with various other males/females from the group.

SweetDreams Version:
Calfet, the Calf Pokemon.
Calfet are very lovable creatures who stay with their mothers 'till evolution. When they evolve, they will join the herd of either the mother or father, depending on what it evolved into. Calfet are very bonding creatures, once they befriend something they never want to go away from it. Including siblings, so in some cases, the sibling is known to join its other sibling's group. However this makes it a target for breeding with the other goup members.

Name: Pebblite
Evolves into: Solrock or Lunatone
Method of evolution: Level up to 20 or higher during the day for Solrock, at night for Lunatone.

Other: Would learn Meteor Mash at level 45. Just because.

Name: Skarmix
Evolves into: Skarmory
Type: Steel/Flying
Evolutionary method: Level up with a Steel Pokemon in your team

Attack: 60
Defense: 120
Special Attack: 20
Special Defense: 50

Evo method: Level 30, but only if it knows Dizzy Punch.
Ability: Contrary

Learns punching moves, as well as swagger.
