The City of a Thousand Wishes (PG-16)

Long hidden between the legends of the inhabitants of the Hoenn region, is the Legend about The City of a Thousand Wishes. The City of a Thousand Wishes is a mystical place, believed to be the birthplace of the Wish Pokémon, Jirachi. The Legend also states that he/she who enters the City with a pure soul will receive one thousand wishes. The clues to the City's location are believed to be in the Hoenn Region. The Hoenn Region, after a period of unrest during the Second Team Magma/Aqua conflict, is once again becoming a prosperous region. A year after the conflict, the City of a Thousand Wishes became the big news in the Hoenn Region. People of all ages, races and occupations have conducted this search. This search has corrupted many and now people speculate if the City is even real. A so-called "evil" group of madmen, led by Team Aqua's Archie, have formed a team called Team Comet. Team Comet has proven themselves willing to do anything to find The City of a Thousand Wishes. With Hoenn split apart with corruption, the question many residents are asking is, who will find the City? Will the finder be pure? These are questions no one can answer. It is up to you to accomplish the secret.

You are one of the many residents of Hoenn searching for the City. You are either a Trainer searching alone, part of Team Comet or a
Member of Professor Elm's Explorers. Your goal is to find the City and reap it's rewards.

The Hoenn Region is similar from the days of the First Magma/Aqua Conflict (Events of Pokemon Emerald) But since then, a few changes have happened, mostly with the development of Towns and Cities. First, Ever Grande City has grown by leaps and bounds. Ever Grande is now one of the Largest Cities in Hoenn, mostly populated with Pokemon Trainers. Second, During the Second Conflict, Pacifidlog was attacked by Team Magma and is now merely a pile of rubble floating in the sea. Lastly, There is a small new settlement at Mt. Pyre called Pyre Village. The Village is quiet and eerie.

Personality: Archie is a very commanding person. His presence alone can
frighten many people. Archie believes that what he does is the right thing to
do. Sometimes this is not the case. Archie prefers people to not know what
he is thinking so he can execute his plans perfectly. Archie carries himself in
a calm, important manner.

History:
Archie was born and raised in Mossdeep City,Hoenn. Growing up, Archie always enjoyed the water that surrounds his hometown. This enjoyment is the root of all his motives to cover the Region in water. A few years after graduating from High school, Archie formed Team Aqua. Team Aqua was determined to cover the Hoenn Region in water. Archie's plan was working until Brendan and May split up the group. Two years later, Archie re-assembled Team Aqua and attempted again. Once again Archie butted heads with Maxie, Team Magma's leader. The second conflict between the two Teams was much longer and brutal. But once again, Archie's plans were wrecked by Brendan and May. Leaving the Team Aqua project for good, he booted up Team Comet, a Group who has been successful so far.
