Ranks

Here is a new addition. Ranks are pretty much "how much power you have over this club". There are 5 ranks. Rank 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (pretty obvious, right?). Depending on your rank, you get a userbar that you SHOULD put in your signature. (SELC stands for "Snivy Evo-Line Club".) Your rank increases depending on how active you are in this club.

Rank 1 is for Normal Members. Normal members may discuss the current topics and learn about each other.
Rank 2 is for Mildly-Active Members. These members may post new topics as well as the above.
Rank 3 is for Active Members. These members may schedule events for this club as well as the benefits for Rank 1 & 2.
Rank 4 is for Highly-Active Members. These members may control this ranking system (to give members higher ranks and lower ranks) as well as the benefits as for Rank 1, 2, & 3.
Rank 5 are Club-Masters. These members have FULL control of this club as well as the benefits as Rank 1, 2, 3, & 4. You can only get this rank if you stay in this club as Rank 4 for 1 month.

Whenever you earn a new rank, you will be PM'ed the rank userbar of whatever rank you are becoming.

If i had to choose, i guess i'd put one of these three as his primary move.
Twister, Leaf Blade or Dragon Tail.

You're in! Thanks for joining! I personally LOVE dragon Pokemon as well as Serperior (I think everyone knows that now! I mean, my Username is Serperior-related, I have a avatar that has Serperior, and I have a club that is about the Serperior evo-line!). So , I agree with you on the Dragon Pulse. I never really like Dragon tail, though.

Thanks! I'm new to CSS. I'm still learning. It also seems that everyone LOVES Leaf Blade! I can understand! Leaf Blade is one of my favorite moves!
