This isn't really a game, so I am posting it here.
I have made a real life Pokedex app for Android devices. This is no ordinary Pokedex app. My app has articles on everything, just like Wikipedia. The articles are Pokedex-length, and anyone can edit or create an article. If an article does not exist, you can create it, and if it does exist, you can tap a button and edit it. More features planned in the future, but it works nicely as-is.
For the download:

(The page also has a QR Code for easy download to phone)
That url will also get you the download for a bonus Pokenav app I threw together, and a launcher app that links them together and gives you the latest version of each app.
