Hi there! Welcome to PC! I feel strange calling you pokamon so are there any nicknames you'd prefer to go by? :)
As for Skyline, you can check out its most recent official thread, but it was closed almost a year ago and no newer ones seemed to have been made since then. It still has download links for the game, though. You can also check out the "before playing a hack" sticky thread in Emulation and the simple questions thread regarding hacking. I wish you lots of luck in playing! You can find a lot of other great hacks in Emulation so be sure to check them out and play whatever interests you. Remember to ask questions about individual hacks in their appropriate boards, though! So a question about Light Platinum would go in the Light Platinum thread and so on.
Have a great time exploring this place and I hope you stick around. <3 If you ever want to make your own hack you'd find a lot of tools to help you out so consider that for the future if you're interested in becoming a game-maker. I'm not very knowledgeable about hacks but I'd love to help you out for other forum issues if you're confused so don't be shy to message a staff if you need anything. See you around!
