We all live in a Pokémon world?

Hello, all! As I'm sure you are well aware, Game Freak enjoys making real life locations into Pokemon regions. We see it most recently in the Alola region, clearly based off of Hawaii. Of course, Kalos is France and Unova is New York City, but did you know that Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh were all based on locations in Japan? Additionally, the Orre region, from Coliseum and XD is based off of the American Southwest.

So, my question to you is...

What real world location(s) would you most like to see added into Pokemon as a new Region? What would its n ame be?

Myself, I would enjoy seeing Greece as a region. With its myths, history, and past of Philosophy, I think it would do well as a template to base a region off of.

I personally would love to see India become a region! Or anything that would showcase any of the seven wonders of the world :)

But back to India, it's just an exotic place that GF has yet to express in their games (except for Alola) and seeing Indian temples & lakes would be so pretty x.x

I would love to see a region based on Switzerland, simply because it of all the amazing mountains and places it has

Rome! I'd love to see some Roman architecture, and a battle tournament taking place in the Colosseum!

I'd love to see Russia become a region, not only does it have some cool snowy areas, but also some beautiful lakes and mountains. Imagine the Kremlin as a gym 0_0

Greece and Italy would be really cool too.

I would say Japan if I could tbh.
On a more serious note, Italy and Greece sound like great places to base a region off, especially with all the ancient history and culture.
