Bad pun is bad pls ignore k thks

In which I will talk about shiny hunting. It will be more focused on that aspect, rather than SOS chaining as a whole. This guide will:
    • Mention the difference between SOS chaining and Matsudaing, and link the old sos article
    • Discuss things that could interfere with chaining (i.e. being a Ghost type, having a status move, etc.)
    • Go through the AlolaDex and rank Pokemon based on how hard they are to chain (read as: what you need to bring to chain them) and mention those that cannot be chained, as well as the amount of PP they have as a caller.

I agree with the above, it should be simple and short.

The methods don't have to many complicated aspects, so for SOS stuff, I say link the article, and the rest is easy to explain. It could certainly be good to have a compilation like this.

So essentially, expanding on chaining for shinies as opposed to the chaining process itself and a guide to best set up for it?

I feel this should be a short and sweet tidbit to help those grabbing shinies; +1 from me.

The actual explanation will be nice and short, but if I include the list of chainable shinies like I wanted to, THAT could get long.

The list would look something like:
    #186 Sandygast (Hano Beach, L21-24) - AoE/Sand Attack/Ghost, 60 PP
#213 Minior - Cannot be chained
    #229 Geodude (Rt 12/Blush Mountain, L26-29) - Selfdestruct, 50 PP
#251 Sandshrew (Tapu Village, L28-32) - No issues, 65 PP

And obviously the top portion would include a key, as well as a guide to dealing with any of the issues mentioned (ex Scrappy to deal with the Ghost part)

We have a pokemon location guide right? Then I say link to that rather then list everything. Only worth discussing problem pokemon imo. Although the pp part is good to make note of.

I would essentially have a summary of what this table will be and how it will work, to act as the link between your article's start and the table itself. So in essence, having the article run as thus:

    Introduction to Article
    What the article is about.

    What it aims to achieve.

Links to other articles for resources [Item Location/Pokemon Location guides etcetc].

Any materials needed to do this or materials that can make it easier.

    Table Summary
Summarise what the table will be showing.

A brief description of each category and why they are issues (AoE/Ghost/Sand-attack/Why you're

    labelling the PP/etc).

Rank Pokémon as mentioned in the OP.

    Close the article.

In terms of the locations themselves - are these OPTIMAL locations to hunt them, or where the Pokemon are generally found? IF it is the optimal location then do not include the Pokémon Locations article, as you will need to mention the specific area. IF it is just where they can be found, I would omit this information and instead link the locations article in your introduction.

I'm looking forward to this, however and I give it my approval as a result.

That was basically my plan yeah. Those locations are the best place to hunt them (which often doubles as the only place they can be encountered, but sometimes not), as indicated by Sandshrew's not listing Mt. Lanakila.
