So i was trying to change the title screen of FireRed and following KarateKid's tutorial and when i had to use NTME to open a tilemap the option was blocked,i couldn't select it.Have any clue to why this happened?

If you want to generate a .raw file you must import first a tileset. Just select Open tileset and then select open tilemap if you want to import a sphere .rmp file
