Hi there! I am officially new here and wondering if I could get some help starting my first Rom hack. Can someone help me?

Always to glad to see new romhackers enter the stage here. Everything you need should be in the Fan Games section. I believe the best place to start would be the Rom Hacking Center, since it's got a bunch of tutorials & resources to get started. You'll want to read the Beginner's Guide sticky before making a post though, since questions you may have might already been answered there.

Pokecommunity also has a Discord server (geez I hope I linked that right...) where there are active channels regarding anything and everything rom hacking related. I believe you may get faster answers to your queries if you hang around there, but don't quote me on that.
