I know this is a bit old, but just an FYI for people who don't know: in gen 9, "egg move" is a misnomer because you don't actually have to breed on the egg move like in previous gens. To transfer an egg move, you must:
A) have the Mon with the move you want learned (in this case, a Cloyster) in party
B) equip the Mon you want to learn the move with a mirror herb (Frigibax/Arctibax/Baxcalibur) and make sure it has an empty move slot
C) have a picnic. You can literally just set up the picnic and immediately pack it up.
D) your Frigibax line pokemon should now have icicle crash as one of its moves.
For move transfers, it isn't even necessary that the two pokemon share an egg group. Only thing to watch out for is if there are multiple egg moves in your party that the mirror herb Mon can absorb.
