I'm just asking cause I received a cloned mythical and I also wanted to know if Pokemon home would ban me, delete the clone, and or turn it into a bad egg. I really want to avoid being banned and getting a bad egg, cause they just take up space and label people who have those pokemon as hackers.
 
Unfortunately I don't know much about cloning or Pokemon HOME, so I have no idea. You could try posting in the Trade Corner's chat thread and see if someone there knows, or you could maybe message its moderator, Commander Saturn, he's pretty knowledgeable about this stuff.
