Kira's Request Shop v. 3

Yeah, I am bored, so I decided to make another shop ;D This time I will take it serious (I want it to reach five pages ^.^)
Yeah, so:

Rules:
Three requests per posts.
Do not whine.
Use the result in at least a week.
If you do not like anything, tell me.

Form:
Text: (What the banner should say)
Background color: (Simple enough)
Picture: (Please supply a picture 100x200 px or bigger, for the best result)
Other: (Anything Other)

I made the avatar size 100x100, looks better than 130x130 and is more widely used.
