My Speal that evolved is taking a while to level up, i wonder why it is.....

Mmm... that was the case with a gowliteh I once had... took me a MONTH (emphasis) to get it to level 100~

Yeah it's only 33 but isn't leveling up...i'm even using it with stronger trainers and it wins but not much experience....
