I guess it could, but Speal would be glad that it's a Speal and it has a whole lot of other possesions instead.
 
Yes, but people (and even Pokemon) often want what they don't have. It's natural instincts. Like maybe a Tailow would want to be like Spheal because they have fins and can swim, but a Spheal might want to be like Tailow because it has wings and can fly.
 
Yeah, true, but almost every Pokemon would want to be Speal, at least. x3

Because Spheal likes to do other things, like flying with other Pokemons.

I reakon Speal would prefer to be a trainers Pokemon, because it can't feel the burn, and strength when it reaches a new level with it's trainer by it's side. And being wild, it'll have no-one.
