Well, the thread title surely caught my attention. PC mods aren't as strict as Serebii mods, so I'm sure you'll have a great time here. But just in case, read the rules so you don't get banned again ;).

I'm sure you will be better received here than on Smogon or Serebii.
(After all, one must do something pretty bad to get banned at the Pokécommunity. Well, in my opinion at least...)

Abyay seems to be a pretty great member around here, and I'm sure he didn't steer you wrong. I do hope you will enjoy yourself here and find all kinds of battles and such to take place in. Hopefully we will see you in a few other areas as well. ;D
