Here are the stats of the EV'd Kanga. It's level 52, and IVs are unknown, unfortunately.

That's an old Smogon moveset. I'm not sure why or when they got rid of it, but it isn't in the analysis anymore (although it is mentioned in the "Other Options" section).

Here are the stats.

Def 107
SpAtk 57
SpDef 100
Spe 125

However, since this Kanga is also rare, EV trained, and has a Smogon moveset, I might want something else additionally.
