And for the Starmie, it DOES have 36 HP EVs and that's correct =) It's the Smogon Rapid Spinner Set

Darn I barely have that many good IV pokemon I only have 12 (4 Heatrans with awesome IVs but different Smogon sets). And for the Starmie those EVs don't add up to 512 and on Smogon it says 136 HP EVs. Could you also tell me if that Azumarill is Adamant?

I'm not sure what I want yet, jumping into all of this has confused me haha. Theres all these terms and things. (i bought my first pokemon game in 8 years last week) and i'm sort of trying to work my way into the whole trading scene. And from what i saw phione was a legendary so i thought it would be worth something.
