How fast can you EV? I have MANY things that need to be EV'd xD I'll VM you

well if you want ill give you two of my pokemon for lugia as long as its English, because i have a shiny lugia but its japanese and i really want an english one but ill follow whatever rules you want regardless, i just really want it =]]
