yea rain is pretty awesome
well i like this guy, hes 19, my mom barely lets me date, she was gonna let me date a 17 year old so i dont know how shell react if i get the 19 year old to like me, and i dont know how to show interest and flirt!! i suck =/

Just go up, talk, and make friends with him. It can be as simple as, "Geez, it's kind of sunny today". As you get to know him, try spending more time with him, while showing only mild affection. If he's got no problem with being with you or even shows that he likes hanging out with you, you can start showing more affection for him. So on.

I never like getting suntanned. It's not good for my already tanned skin. I don't even know how it got tanned in the first place, lol. XD
