Ubers: This is based upon MY consideration of Ubers, NOT Smogon's. Frankly, if you look at stats, Wynaut, Latios, and Manaphy stick out as being considerably low compared to the rest of the Ubers. Not to mention the fact that many Ubers have few, if any, weaknesses. However, a few well-placed Grass or Electric moves, and Manaphy would certainly go down(haven't tested that yet, so don't take my word for it).

seriously latios is only tough if u have a sould dew on it so yea as long as u ban that which im guessing u have

Its not about whether they are too weak for ubers; its about whether they are too strong for OU. I'd keep manaphy in ubers, in rain its unstoppable in OU XD

Just wanted to mention that the accuracy clause is pretty standard for competitive battling.
