I've always loved Mewtwo, but dang.. The people who designed Mewtwo's moveset were completely unforgiving. Recover + Safeguard so I can't use spore (probably should have went with Thunder wave.. But I prefer sleep for the lower consumption of PP) and an incredibly high Sp. Attack stat with Psychic. >.<

im a noob to the concept of rng i was following the guide here and it says to find the Timer0 that that occurs the most ive done it 9 times and theyve all been different

They've all been different...hm. Are you sure you're doing things right? Finding parameters it not my forte and I haven't done it in a long time. Normally if you're doing things right, you'll end up with maybe 2 or 3 different ones and you go with the one that has shown up the most. The fact that they've all been different implies that you're doing something wrong in the process.

If you join the chat, I'm sure you could get help quicker btw, and better help. I'm really out of practice in RNG, especially finding parameters.

But I'm trying to RNG myself some eggs for a challenge I'm going to do, and I just want to make sure of something first: when you breed an egg for IV's and nature, will it keep the same nature and IV's after you trade it over to the other game? Also, will it retain being a NidoranM/Illumise in the other game?

Yes, everything will stay the same except the shininess. The PID is static.

Hey could anyone help me? I completely understand the RNG process, I do the seed, set my DS clock and do all that stuff. I listened closely to the Chatot pitches and stuff (I'm doing a capture RNG) and I was 100% certain I hit the seed and frame, but when I sweet scented, it wasn't shiny. The IVs are the same, it's the same species of pokemon and all that. But on the RNG reporter it was supposed to be shiny. Am I doing something wrong?

I didn't do 4th Gen abuse in like a month and I was scared I got a bit rusty and I won't hit the delay fast. I hit PID delay on the 4th try and IVs on the 3rd, so it was in my usual "up to 5 tries". Sucker Punch made me breed it in 4th Gen D:

Its name means shenanigan in French. I've chosen "tripotage" just because it can be somewhat connected to word triple which is part of its signature move - Triple Kick. (or it's just my twisted logic D: )
