What a very interesting thread... hmm, maybe I should just scare you all with all the shippings that I support from the manga... that doesn't involve the main characters... (well, almost ;D)
First Ruby x Wally (Oh you know it's close to being canon...) Yes, seeing these two together makes me wonder if either Wally wants Ruby or the other way around. Of course, the hint there is Ruby helping Wally out and even making his Ruru take care of Wally during that incident.
Next on my list, Sapphire x Roxanne - yeah, I know it's a crack shipping, but it doesn't matter, seeing both of them together and Roxanne "somewhat" seducing Sapphire (lmao) is enough for me... ;D
Though this is contradictory, I am starting to like Roxanne x Courtney, why? Because the two of them fighting off at a place where there's no one else suggests that Courtney wants Roxanne :) (wtf more crack) and you know how Roxanne and Courtney go off and seduce each other... *runs*
And then there's Winona x Flannery - Even if I don't have Volumes 17-19, I see these two interact a lot, especially the first time Flannery appeared and she was talking to Winona via the phone... and oh let's not forget where Winona covers up Flannery from Shelly's Ludicolo... ;D
And what else... Lorelei x Blue (the girl of course) - oh yeah... even if this is kinda short, and another crack shipping, there's one little hint where Lorelei agreed to keeping Blue's parents safe...
That's all I can think of now... yes, I support shippings that aren't that common or something... ;D

It's hard to decide between shippings. :/
I don't want to leave Green alone,and if he has Blue's heart (obnoxious girl + pretty male, as they entitled each other) he could nightout together with Yellow and Red. Silver's more a brotherly relationship,but if he doesn't go with her - which is kind of cute and possible - he could go with Gold.
But that would question his sexualty and their brotherly relationship(which is damn fun,so usual ...hmm...hard to decide. :/ I'm glad I've had what,less than 10 posts and I already have two people who quote me. Oh my. But it may be my joy to discuss with another fans.Specially about my specialty,shippingz.

Green and Red would eventually play mutually with their joysticks(what,playstation 2 is good,all cool boys are doing it : ) instead of deciding who's player 1 (OMG,I've got strange relationing,player one...HAHA.I need medical treatment.Now.)
Eventually Silver would turn into a fight with biting and aerial(?!) semeishness and kicks(where?) and headbutts/tackles/backgloping and submission,boyish things.....Fitgh***,yay.
I tried to figure Silver as a duck. Belive me,it didn't work out. And he would be a blackish one?: /
