Egg moves: Don't need any
Gender: Don't care

And...

I would like a shiny adamant Pochyena with flawless iv's. (if you can't get a shiny one, I'm okay with a regular one)
Egg moves: Fire fang and me first
Gender: Don't care
Ability: Quick feet

Can you do those two for me, please?

I'm not sure I can do all that. I don't do flawless IVs.
RNG for IVs is hard for me and I fail 99% of the time. :3
I only RNG for shiny or nature/ability/gender.

I have a shiny UT jolly gligar. Would you be interested in looking at its ivs or trading for it? I think it has 31 ivs in attack and speed the rest i'm not sure.
 
I already have a flawless shiny Gligar. :3 I can still check the IVs of yours though. ;D

We don't actually have to trade for me to check their IVs. I check them right there in trade.
