What would you offer for RNGed Pokemon?

Regular or shiny? For shiny I don't do natures, abilities, or genders. For regular I can do them. I soft reset for IVs, so I can't guarantee that they will be great. I can also leave the Pokemon in the egg and let you hatch it.

Getting flawless IVs with the soft reset method is darn near impossible. Most I can do with soft reset is 2-3, 31s.
