Can i ask a question?

What do you charge for a move that only can be learnt by leveling up in plat, not plat move tutor? Coz or you need it a heart scale to relearn it or something
 
Hey, I'd like to get some tutoring done again.

I need my garchomp to learn outrage (in place of substitute)

I can offer most things in my thread as payment.
