ok i finally found out.. You can breed rotoms^^
 
success i bred it with a ditto and it is possible^^ it took me 30 min to hatch in whooh^^
 
so now you know its not hacked are you interested????

yep is it ok for your lvl 100 shiny kingdra????^^
