    what the...?

a card that benefits your opponent should be avoided...

however... there is a use for it - use it with Gardevoir ex's Feedback or Delcatty ex's Constrain could be good...

    3/10

I honestly don't know why you bother even mentioning cards that were none-existent in the days of this card...

    I second the above statement.

Anyway, the card itself...isn't too cool really as 30 damage for two energy isn't much compensation for giving your opponent another draw, especially with several of the old basics being able to deal 20 damage for only one energy. :\ Still, if you start stacking up cards in your opponent's hand for a while with Sweet Kiss and then play Lass you'll not only be highly likely to force-shuffle most of the cards back into your opponent's deck, but you'll also get a good bit of information about how the deck is built since you'll see plenty of the cards in it in one go. With a stall-heavy deck you could also play this card to trick your opponent into drawing through his/her deck pretty fast and that way gain a cheap card victory. With so many people playing multiple copies of both Bill and Professor Oak (Assuming that we allow all of the good old cards) chacnes are that your opponent might reach a point where they don't want to take advantage of their draw, in which case it's basically a penaltyless attack. It's also got a fighting resistance and free retreat, so I guess it could wall out certain pokes, although the meager 60 HP it has kind of hurts that aspect. Meh, I've seen better, but I've also seen worse. 5/10

    Lol

Strange little card we have here...

    Light Togetic
Being a 'Light' card isn't much. It's not as beneficial as being Dark - I guess the only benefit is being able to use Miracle Energy, or adding a 'Light' type into a deck for a suprise 'Pokemon Personality Test' to draw 3. Other than 'Light' types are typical for low damaging attacks or ways to help your opponent win (with maybe the only exception for Light Dragonite).

HP is a bit low - even for a Stage 1. By T3, this card will be KOd.
The bottom stats are brilliant however. Seriously. No retreat, no weakness, and a resistance. Being a [C] type is average, but not very useful.
Evolves from Togepi = I think there is a good Togepi card out there, but I can't remember which one. :3

Gift is helpful for getting out a Gold Berry which will keep this critter alive for a few more turns. It is also likely to get your opponent a Gold Berry as well, since they will probably have them in the deck (or a similar tool). Eitherway it is also optional so it won't cause your opponent to deck there selves. Also it only works when Togetic is PLAYED FROM the hand. So that'll average about once per game.

Sweet Kiss is DCE payable which is somewhat nice. But even for [C][C] 30 damage is a rubbish amount. What's even worse is that it gives your opponent the option to draw. Why would any player want this? sigh. 30 is so low, your opponent should be able to KO you in no time.

This card has some great stats, but awful powers and attacks. Its a waste of deckspace and a prize for your opponent.

    2/10

LOL... Ditto everything said by jwilso12...

I wouldn't use this card on an official competition even if I was payed to do so... Well... Maybe on second thought... If I was well payed...

Poke power who the hell would give their opponent a tool card to put in their hand.
the Hp is bad for a stage 1.
2 of any energy for 30 damage is great.
but your opponent can get a card.
at least it can be retreated for nothing.

    Poor card,
    2/10

Good use of Energy and potential user side of the Pokémon power, but given that it allows your opponent to draw or search, which hurts you immediately and in the long run....3/10.
