Backup is nice, but Machine Burst is only useful when your opponent uses a TM. The typical supporter. 7/10.

Well, considering that Technical Machines are kinda needed as a proxy for Energy Removals or hard hitting tactic cards, this is a nice card to play with in the current age (as well having the ubiquitous card drawing). The fact it has Sleep as an effect doubles the pleasure.
