Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

Energy Burst can do some nice damage, as long as the Defending Pokemon requires lots of energy. However, if the Defending Pokemon has little energy, the attack is useless. 7/10.

Uhh...no it's not. All you have to do is pack more energy on Mewtwo instead. I actually like this card's concept pretty much, and the Delta Switch Pok?power can be a real lifesaver later in the game (Say if you've got your haxxy Charizard on the bench but in need of energy and you have some other pok?mon which looked like a good thing to charge up at the moment but doesn't do so anymore). This also looks like quite a good card for an early-stage arms race (If both attach energy each turn it will be able to deal a good 40 damage on the second turn) and that 70 HP isn't all that bad. Overall, it looks like a good card that's useful in a variety of game situations, but it has the distinct disadvantage of being Mewtwo, I don't like Mewtwo...<.< Plus, it takes quite a bit of energy to make it do serious damage. My personal bias aside, I'd give it an 8/10.

Weird type match up. Maybe it's a nod from Shining Mewtwo's attack "Psybrust?" Think that's the title.

Edit: Alter Ego, you're doing a one of these posts now? Ginchy.

I'm waiting for some new ICs in a certain RP, had some free time and figured what the heck. Plus, I always see the same people posting here and I thought that was kind of boring. XD But yeah, about the types...how come almost all of them are Steel/Something? o.O I suppose the steel aspect could come from the old Mewtwo in battle armour routine from the first movie but fire? Psyburns or something? Silly cardmakers...

This mewtwo combos nicely with that one entei that gets you 5 cards off the top of your deck...indeed

    I like it...

If you got extra energy cards on the wrong pokemon this will do nicely 7/10
