I've been outta the loop for a few weeks...time to restart reviewing, with Tangrowth.
Let me start by saying that the HP would be good. In all fairness, for a Stage 1, it is good. Bundle it together with the Weakness and the Fire Monkey, though, and you've got yourself a messy bundle of burned vines. Power Whip is okay for start-up, and for an attack to use whilst waiting to power-up to Stick and Absorb, but by no means it is good. Average. The sorta same can be said for the second attack, though that is considerably better.
Horrible Weakness, pointless Resistance for an almost-obsolete type in the metagame (yeah, we'll see ;)), average retreat cost and a godawful illustration give this card:

And I still stand by my comment that Tangrowth shouldn't exist. It's simply horrible. :P
