1 LAME QUESTION for the game developer

Will Gamefreak try to release a version for any other platform except Nintendo??? I have a GBA but im tired of using it for playing Pokemon... much better if they have something for other platforms..... :D

I don't know much about games developing but I think Nintendo is the only company that is able to release pokemon games.

Wait, I though GF was not owned by Nintendo, but rather, Nintendo just published their games?

Or am I confusing this with other game companies...?

Gamefreak was bought by Nintendo to ensure that they did not send thier Pokemon games to other systems.. Gamefreak made a few games for the Genesis in the really early 90s if I remember correctly.. Nothing popular tho..

Well, if Gamefreak releases more Pokemon games, they're probably going to be on Nintendo systems since Pokemon is copyrighted to Nintendo. That's the same reason why there aren't Mario or Zelda games for Playstation. Those games were made by the Nintendo company, and they'll make more money if you have to buy a system made by them to play a game made by them. There have and may be more Pokemon games for the PC, but I doubt they will be "color version" games like R/B/Y/G/S/C/Ru/Sa/Fr/Lg/D/P.
