HP: 50. He can stay a bit, not a FTKO. Thankfully.
Makeover: A pinch move but it can come in handy since Energy Retrieval proxies are out. And need that discarded type energy you need to power the killer move.
Split Spiral Punch. If Confusion wasn't wrecked, that would mean something more.
Retreat Cost: Expected.

Smeargle + That new Eevee = OMG
Wasn;t Smeargle banned from tourny play? I heard that some where and maybe it was the orignal Smeargle card.
Review: 50 HP, might stand around for a short time, just might. 1 energy for 10 HP of damage, but you could confuse the opponet. Not bad. The Makeover power seems really good and Dakota summed it up with that and Eevee. It also could give a small boost to that heavy hitter pokemon if you've got one.
Overall: 6/10. Good power, chance to confuse, but low HP hurts it. Otherwise, not bad at all.

Great pokemon, even if just to keep on the bench...with the various waysto get Psychic energies from deck to pokemon, you can get pretty much any energy type ASAP...
