It's a cute picture, certainly.
HP: 60. She'll stay put at least briefly.
Thick Fat: Could come in handy. With the starters to ex.
Healing Milk: Moo Moo Milk but double the chance. Quite useful if there is time for it.
Body Slam: Chance for Paralysis, which is the best effect in the game now. And at least fast to power up.
Energy cost: Fits anywhere.
Retreat Cost: One, surprising as usually past Miltank cards have been two.
7/10. Good viable card with extra uses and fits anywhere.

Yes, I agree with Dark Weezing! But I thinkthat 60 HP is a bit to few, I may be wrong!

Thank you but you're right with the HP. For a healer, Miltank should be higher so she can heal others while she takes abuse. At least 70. Although 60 is more rounded but not quite to the Skyridge Miltank which I think was 80.
Of course they did compensate with the low retreat cost, which confuses me more than anything.
