Interesting art.

HP: 40. Sounds about right. Just low enough to be knocked out but not outright.

Energy Evolution: One of the best powers for Eevee to possess, short of the Chain Reaction Wizards promo. It makes the card.

Tail Whap: Not much but any extra help is always good. But the power makes the card anyway.

Skipping the Energy cost, obviously.

Retreat cost: a little surprising, given how weak the card is, but still not a major loss.

9/10. For Eevee fans, your prayers are solved.

Dark Weezing basicly said it right there.

Added Notes: I think that its a good set up to one of the five evolutions of Eevee. If used correctly and quick enough, this could be used in a Fire, Water, Lightening, Psychic or Dark decks. (If its possible to make a good Dark deck, it was kind of hard when I stopped playing.) Low HP, but then again this is just a normal pokemon, not something like Magmar or Jinx. Overall, I give this card a 6/10. Its got the potential, but its just got to be played right.

Yes, I agree in all points with Dark Weezing and Mystic, I think this is a card that doesn't help much on the beggining of the game, but later, when the player has at least one of the Evo cards and the proper Energies, it's a great idea!
