Upper Hand- It basicly looks like a Disable attack, Disable as in the attack from the GB games. That isn't that bad at all really.

Faint Attack- Knock down one of those heavy hitters thats on your opponet's bench. Not that bad, even if it does just 40 HP of damage.

Solid HP at 70 HP and cool looking artwork. One Dark Energy might be a little hard to come by, then again, it might not.

I give this a 8/10. It could be used really good and dampen an opponet's plan almost instantly.

Upper hand keeps them at bay, and Feint attack is a baby killer...I looooove it...

Imagine if you had two of these things out in a 2 v 2...they'd never attack..
