Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scans.

Overall a good card. It's poke-power is just a perfect way to get rid of your damage counters and prepare your opponents pokemon to give them the finishing strike. You can move both your damage counters and your opponents and experiment with it. It's power is VERy useful and can be used in many ways.

Burning ball has +10 damage compared to all other pokemon who need 3 energy for an attack. 2 fire energy give it also a boost since it burns the opponent. Move counters on the opponents burned pokemon to finish them off. This is just an example, try yourself.

    8/10

Interesting... but strange and cheap. I think the attack is way overpowered for something requiring only three energy, and the Pokemon Power is cheap as well. Though it's a nice card, I've not seen very many Fire and Psychic combo decks, so I give this a 7/10

If you use most Cyndaquils and Quilavas to build up to Typhlosion, chances are you'll have two Fire Energy at the ready. Even without, 60 damage for a flexible cost like this is good.

As for the Pokémon Power, it's basically the Fossil set's Gengar's Curse but with transfers from your Pokémon possible, which is a good thing.

Only thing I'm worried about is that it stays true to its Weakness despite the body type change. At least it makes up for Poison Pokémon that aren't weak to normal Fire cards.

OK, I dont quite get the power's text: can you move counters ACROSS as well, like from your card to your enemy's? (its possible, depending on how you interpret the text.)

60 damage is OK but not great, 70 for another C might be even better because it 1hko's most basics AND stage 1's, while 60 leaves stage1's 10HP for flail etc...

if you can move counters across: 7/10
    if you cannot: 5/10

I think it's quite simple enough that you can.

AArrghh. I just typed a long review and firefox crashed >.< So heres a very brief summary:

Neway, yes the power can transfer damage from yourself to your opponent - the same as Bannette ex and Gengar expedition.

The powers good but it MUST BE ACTIVE, and its low HP doesnt really help. A good type and retreat cost. The attack is good, but not good enough to KO many opponents without taking much damage yourself. Use rainbow energy (move the damage off) for best effect.
Good preevolutions. However the best use would be for a 4-2-4(3,1) in the more powerful UF Typhlosion/tyroot/liability for the extra type advantage.

    7/10

Exactly what i mean - 60 only 1hko's most pre-evo basics and some sh!tty stage 1's, because most s1's have 70 HP, some better ones have 80+, but rarely. but if the power can move counters across, it should help a little, but not much...
