I must say, the art is beautiful. I know I don't say that often with the Nintendo cards, but when I see one.
HP: 60. Good size, he'll stay in the game for a little while at least.
Twin Play: Just Call for Friends but that is still useful, if you need an army in a hurry.
Agility: Agility is Agility. Lovely effect. If done right, he can stay in the game for a good long while.
Retreat Cost: just fine with the current milieu of retreat costs.
A great stepping stone.
