Hello, Dark Ampharos! Well, ignoring the so-so (to me) version in TRR. Anyway, Jamming is just perfect for those who hate Supporters, hm? It's the same as Conductivity, although, Supporters vs. Energy card, eh. The attack is lovely in itself, with only one Lightning to lose, so it somewhat mimicks the anti-energy aspects of DA. Combine that with the High HP, not bad resistance/weakness, it isn't going away anytime soon. The retreat cost is a problem, though; what card is perfect?

10/10. Why couldn't the second Dark Ampharos be like this? Oh, well.

This actually seems pretty good for an Ampharos. The power is slightly situational, but still good. The attack is also useful...except if you're running Lightning-only. In that case, the cost becomes too much for such a small bit of damage. Thank goodness it's optional. The bottom line is so-so and the HP is about right.

8/10 (the attack should really do damage to anything with damage counters already on it instead to help create synergy with the power.)

In modified, Jamming is sick. Seriously every good deck aims to play a supporter card a turn cos pretty much all teh reliable draw/search are supporters.
The only problem is that you must get out Ampharos as early as possible to start spreading damage. When your opponent sets up, supporters are for a quick start, in mid game they can easily hold them back if necessary. Also Jamming is effective for wiping out basics early on.

Attacks also quite decent. Its preevos in DP3 also help this card out a lot.

Also this is in the upcoming theme deck, so its quite easy to get hold of :)

I agree, but, at least, there is a kinda sorta theme with the energy. Heh. You win some, you lose some. And jwilso said, it's best if used early. It's still a good card, but ironically, you'll probably need a Supporter to get it. Hehe.

Either way, it reminds me why I hate Supporters, especially in Modified.

I like this card, it'll do well in a bench-hitting deck. I've been planning to play it since it was first announced in DP3, as Ampharos is my favourite Pokémon. I'm thinking of teaming it with Empoleon DP to snipe.
