HP: 100. Quite staying put.
Heal Dance: Quite a necessity as damage is the name of the game, since status effects are out. Ironic as...
Miracle Powder: Wonderful in a pinch and a starter as Bellossum powers up.
Solarbeam: Good strong damage.
Energy cost: Mostly needed in a grass deck to get the optimium use.
Retreat cost: Expected, given Bellossom's lack of speed.
A strong card with many a possibility and annoying for the opponent as the game progresses. 9/10.

I'll never understand how a 10 inch tall bellosom can have more HP than a 30 foot long onix...AH well...
This card is really only average. The poke-power is a little useful, but it's a stage 2, so it'd take longer to get there. First attack is way to weak, and second is as to be expected.
