Considering one of the main components to a Steel deck is Rainbow Energy, the Fighting energy doesn't bother. And can fit in a Fighting deck too.

Type: Weird, weird synergy. But so many possibilities.
Energy Link: Decent damage and Energy Retrieval. Very rare for Nintendo cards.
Heavy Impact: High damage, but the Fighting energy does makes things interesting with giving another deck type to play.
Energy Cost: Fits in Steel/Dark/Fighting. Rather fits in anywhere with Rainbow Energy.
Retreat Cost: Four is natural but with the Energy Retrieval effect, it's not so painful.
9/10. A weird Dark card that can fit in anywhere.
