Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

    Pretty useless:

The body only affects Stage 2 ex's so it's far too narrow to be useful, and most (95%) stage 2 ex's won't need the 10 damage boost at all. Put it in the other way: its body doesn't benefit itself at all, so it's only any good as a supporter of the team.
The only attack is too weak to be a main force and requires a coin flip to induce confusion.
Its weakness to Psy is OMGWTFBBQ, because the only type weak to Dark is Psychic. I can't see why as a D type it doesn't have a resistance to P but a weakness to it. Also it doesn't have the resistance to F as it should (it's a bird after all!).

So, the only use of this I can see is, if you can afford to waste 8 cards, to have 4 of these on your bench and a stage 2 ex that does 80 base damage like Gardevoir ex, so it can now 1HKO any non-ex. But it's just for a LOL...

I totally agree with ~Solarys~` above me, I have nothing to add. 70 HP won't make it last very long (since it's a stage 1 pokemon, so summoned near the middle of the game or a short while after the begin)

Despite having it to be from a Stage 2 ex, an extra 10 damage a turn can turn a whole game around and its power is cumulative. If running a decent line and a good deck, you're more likely to be doing an extra +20, which on an ex will result in massive amounts of damage.

Best of all its a Dark Type - which makes it a great card against one of the best cards in the modified format; Banette ex. Which currently has almost no deck weakness.

It's only a dark type due to the fact it's a delta card.

I'd only ever use it as a supporter though, but for an early hitter it isn't bad :/
