Oooooh....I don't have this one (I have all the other retro ones you displayed).

I think it's quite noble (as it generally is for the E-Card sets) that we have a coin-based attack that gets you a decent result in spite of the coin flip. 80 if both are heads, 4 on one, two conditions on tails. And Carry Off, if the coin flip is right, should keep the reserves held for a while. Retro rating 8/10, updated rating 8/10.

Interesting card never had it though. Poke Power is good for stopping your oppenent evolving the pokemon. Attack is good 40-80 damage and if both are tales then the defending pokemon is poisoned and confused which can be useful.

7.5/10 retro ( compared to all the retro cards I have ever used.)
    8.0/10 otherwise.

Ohh...me likey. Sure, the HP is kind of lowish for a second stage evolution, but other than that this card rocks. The poképower is very useful, because not only does it let you keep potential treath pokémon out of the picture, it also lets you know precisely what your opponent is holding in his/her hand, which is valuable information indeed. The attack is also very useful (ranging from heavy or decent damage to status infliction...you really can't lose with it) and with only three energy cards in its cost it's pretty cheap too, the free retreat is a plus too, and even the art is cool.

A very good card indeed, the only things I could wish for are the customary resistance to fighting types and a slightly higher HP, but this card is certainly formidable as is. 9.5/10
