    An obvious combo would be Slowking + Here comes Team Rocket

    aside from that, it's not all that useful
     
    Here comes team rocket would be a counter to this power. The attack is subpar, but discarding an energy to the defending pokemon is useful. I'd say 6/10.

    "This power can't be used if Slowking is affected by a Special Condition or if all your Prize Card are face up."

    In other words, useless.
