Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

    Another non-card...

    80HP Stage 2 = OMFGWTFBBQ, with 3 retreat cost and a sh!tty attack...

Power is quite useless unless you have a Gardevoir ex (etc.) somewhere on the bench, if so, for the same energy cost, use Psystorm instead...

    3/10

Oh guy, that was really discouraging crtique. Also let me say than you give a comment and you are totally ignorant about the set. This card is before to the release of the Advanced sets, so the EX pokemons didn't exist in that time. Also you have to know than the pokemons with a high HP were really rare and each Pkmn type has a tendency in the card and the Psychic Pokemons normally has a low HP, but their attack compensate it with powerful attacks or skills than can put to your opponent under a Special Condition or good Pokepowers than you can use in combos

This card in a Psy deck in that time could do a disaster to your opponent... allow you do powerful combos with only one Pokemon using the attacks of your benched Psy Pokemons meanwhile the anothers stay in the bench
The weak point of this card is the fact than if you can affect it with a Special Condition or you use a Trainer card or Pokemon power or attack than allow you disable Psylink then Sabrina's Alakasam finish being a really slow Pokemon in term of attack than can easily by another Psy Pokemon like a Kadabra with a Psyblast.

Well, this game actually BECAME playable after the EX sets came out...

Looking at it for its time, the fact that your Penched Pokémon always had a chance to attack (which this really comes down to) was a luxury. But due to the fact that this luxury was encapsulated in a Pokémon Power that, unlike several powers in the same set (the first time it ever occurred), still had Special Condition restriction.

Looking at it today, horribly inefficient.

Retro rating 6/10, updated rating 3/10.

    Riiiiiight.

    Anyways.

This thing is pretty useless compared to Mew ex. It only copies YOUR psychic pokes' attacks, has crap HP, is a stage 2, and has 3 retreat cost. Its own attack is terrible as well.

    O_o
    What?

    Sabs Kazam:
Low HP, High retreat makes it weak to GoWs (but it should be able to Psylink itself from tricky spots), ok type (good against Haymakers/kings/gardys/MPM2exs etc but slaughtered by Sneasel :D, then there are all the [C]'s such as Wigglytuff). No resistance.

The first obvious thing here is this Pokemons Power - giving you the option of using about 10 attacks in a psychic deck. Anyone that plays this so that it can copy a benched Gardy ex is questionable - why Gardy is not active and this card is.
Psylink can be used to get yourself out of tight situations however. It can copy any cheap attack on the bench for some fast KOs (such as Sabs Abras Synchronize or Sabs Kadabras Life Drain, Mewtwo ex etc) - of course this is only situational if you actually play those cards. When you have a bad/ no [P] bench you are very much screwed and the Sabrinas Alakazam is a good waste of deck space.

Mega Burn is boost/DCE able but makes this card extra prone to ERs (No Removal Gym?). Not being able to use it the turn after means you will have to use a Psylink or pass your turn (Usually not a good option).

This card is very fun to play. But hopeless competitively. Unlimited: 4/10
