For a Stage 2 Pokémon, it's a glimmer of hope having an attack with no Energy restriction and altogether having a prerequisite lower than the Pokémon it evolved from. Nail Flick is still nothing to set store by, but it's at least something in the afterglow of Continuous Fireball. For Continuous Fireball, two Energy cards is quite enough to do a horrible amount of damage to the opponent, but for every 50 you manage to do you'll have to throw out one Fire Energy card. Still, the fact that you'll likely have a good reserve of Fire Energy cards in your hand or accessible from the discard pile via Energy Retrieval. This is probably the most Energy-efficient Stage 2 card you'll ever find, although not at face value.
